At that time, in Tan Quy Dong area, only a few households planted flowers to decorate their house on Tet holiday. Later, the floriculture has been spreading to other areas such as Sa Nhien Carnal, An Hoa Ward, Tan Khanh Dong Commune, and Ward 3 of Sa Dec city.
