Sa Dec has been established and developed for nearly 300 years, with a long history, cultural tradition, and one of the economic, cultural and social centers of southern Tien River, Dong Thap province. Sa Dec Flower Village was established in the early 20th century, with an area of 946.46 ha, 4,054 households and over 2,000 different ornamental varieties. In particular, the typical species are roses and chrysanthemums, such as raspberry chrysanthemum, tiger daisy, pico daisy.
