Historically, Sa Dec Flower Village was formed in the early 20th century. At that time, in Tan Quy Dong area, only a few households planted flowers to decorate their house on Tet holiday. Seeing that the flowers bloom beautifully, the number of flower growers has increased gradually, and then the purpose of growing flowers for business has been determined. Later, the floriculture has been spreading to other areas such as Sa Nhien Carnal, An Hoa Ward, Tan Khanh Dong Commune, and Ward 3 of Sa Dec city. Up to now, the total area of flower growing is more than 700 hectares, with over 3,000 households and 2,000 different species of ornamental flowers, becoming one of the largest suppliers in the Mekong Delta and the South.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa Dec Flower Village has always kept its signature with the image of straight flower beds on the land, making up of flower pots grown on high rigs and the water below at the appropriate level that is led enter by the surrounding canals.
